Today (March 31th 2015) I updated the script to my group project called "Deity Academy"
The script was pretty much written and re-edited by a bunch of dorks including, Bryn, Leigh and myself. Here's the script...
“[Deity academy]”
Written by [A bunch of dorks]
Fade In: [Ext. THE SCHOOL]
Open to a building on cosmic clouds in outer space.Lots of different characters are flooding into the building. A sign on the building reads 'Deity Academy'. A small character, called Centeotl, looks up at the sign in awe.Centeotl stop walking and the god teacher in the form of a book calls out to him.
GOD TEACHER
“NAME!!”
Centeotl looks up at the god teacher in the form of a book and says happily
CENTEOTL
“Centeotl”
God teacher in the form of a book, looks down at him and flips it's pages, until it stops on a page where Centeotl name is. Centeotl's name get ticked off and the god teacher reply back to him
GOD TEACHER
“Room 307.47 – don't be late”
God teacher in the form of a book, close itself up with a snap and Centeotl jumps up in surprise. As soon as Centeotl land back down the god teacher shout
GOD TEACHER
“NEXT!”
Centeotl look up at the god teacher in the form of a book and say happily
CENTEOTL
“WOW! My first day at God school!”
[int. THE classroom]
Centeotl walks to his class room with a note telling him what door it is. He opens the door to find the gods he will be studying with, however, a group of three gods stands out the most to him – the group consists of Ares, Anubis and Nezha. Nezha and Anubis are chatting, while Ares is making googly eyes at Aphrodite. They have a glimpse at Centeotl but don't care, and carry on. Centeotl take this as an invitation to introduce himself. Centeotl walks up to them very happily and puts his hand out to shake.
CENTEOTL
“Hi! My name is Centeotl, are you guys as excited as I am, for our first year?”
The 3 gods look at each other, cofused.
ANUBIS
“Is this guy serious?”
There is a freeze frame on Anubis showing who he is and what he becomes later on.
ARES
(Hot blooded God of war)
“What are your powers, bro?”
There is a freeze frame on Ares.
Centeotl is about to introduce his powers when he is interupted by the excited Nezha
NEZHA
“I can kill dragons and walk on water and have firey shoes and turn into a ball of flesh and-”
Anubis uses his mumification powers to stop Nezha's talking
CENTEOTL
“My powers let me summon”
He begins a huge build up – his freeze frame showing who he will be is here
CENTEOTL
“...COOORRN!”
One small cob of corn is popped into existance, and everyone simply stares as it wilts anti-climactically. The other 3 are disapointed. Ares grabs the corn, and hits Centeotl, squashing him downwards, and springing back up, but flat as a disk. Ares grabs the disk shaped Centeotl and flings him across the class room, towards the white board.The door turns into the Teacher/principle god.
GOD TEACHER
“Alright class, settle down and take your seats”
Centeotl smashes into the white board, and the door teacher god turns into a more humanoid figure
GOD TEACHER
“Ares, I will not tolerate that behavior,be seated, before I fail you!”
Anubis and Nezha sit beside each other, behind Ares, who saved a seat for Aphrodite.
Centeotl sits down in the seat Ares saved, instead – Ares looks angry at him
[Int. THE classroom]
The god teacher stays in the humanoid figure and said to the class
GOD TEACHER
“Hello students, welcome to universe creation class”
The god teacher leaves the humanoid form, turns back into the door form, it falls on the floor before turns into a drawing of an eye on the white board.
GOD TEACHER
“We'll be starting with something simple today – planets”
everybody is making their planets
Centeotl adds the finishing touches to his happy little planet full of corn trying with one windmill – the camera pans to Ares's dull planet with sounds of destruction and small explosions coming off of it
Centeotl looks over at Ares's planet
CENTEOTL
“Hey pal, how's your planet going?”
Ares looks at Centeotl, grunts and continues watching the destruction
CENTEOTL
“Whoaa! – you have life on your planet already?”
ARES
“Not for long...”
Ares does an evil grin while Centeotl continues to watch the planet
CENTEOTL
“they're eating eachother!... they must be hungry!!”
Ares pushes Centeotl out of his way and looks back at his own planet.Centeotl grabs his own planet, knocks Ares away and shakes it a bunch – corn falls off, onto Ares's planet. Ares push the planet with his hand and shoves it into centeolt's mouth before looking back at his own planet.Cheering can be heard from his planet.Ares looks at his own planet and see's the creatures all eating corn and erecting a statue of Centeotl
ARES
“they're happy!?.... they're eating corn!?...is that a statue of...”
Ares glares at the tiny statue of Centeotl,looks back angrily at Centeotl who got his planet out of his mouth
ARES
“I'M GOING TO RIP YOU TO SHREDS”
everything goes pitch black, leaving Ares's alone in a darkness
The god teacher eye, as a spotlight, shines onto Ares
GOD TEACHER
“Ares, if you keep distrupting other students, I will send you to the detention dimension”
ARES
“the what?”
GOD TEACHER
“it's like your own personal hell”
The god teacher eye, as a spotlight, stop shining on Ares. Then it fade to black before it shows Ares being returned to the class room
CENTEOTL
“I missed you!”
[Int. THE classroom]
All the planets that the students made are turned into paper.
GOD TEACHER
“you will now fill in this test sheet using the knowledge you've learnt from your little planet experiments”
Centeotl keeps clicking his pen, hindering Ares's focus.
Ares goes to tell Centeotl but before he can say anything, Centeotl summons a corn on the cob in Ares's mouth.
CENTEOTL
“Ssshh!! I'd love to chat, buddy, but this is a test!!”
Ares grabs the corn, and throws it behind him
The corn hits a window, the window spins, and flings the corn back into Ares's head causing him to fall onto the back of Centeotl's head. The corn floats for a bit and then morphs into god teacher's eye.
GOD TEACHER
“NO CHEATING!!”
Ares is sucked into the eye of the teacher god and is sent to the detention dimension
FADE TO BLACK
[Ext. lunch time. The playground area]
The bell rings for lunch time.
The god teacher portal opens up and spits out Ares.
Ares returns from the detention dimension flat on the ground and looks up. His vision is blurred a little but his forcus goes back to normal. He looks up and notices Anubis and Nezha rubbing elbows with Centeotl.
ARES
“He stole my …... friends”
Ares snaps ,explodes into anger and jumps up towards where Centeol is. Ares's battle cry interupts their conversation and he comes down and crashes into Centeol. Ares stands back up angrily and Centeotl slides across the ground. Ares rips out a corn on the cob from the ground
ARES
“I'm going to beat you with your own corn!!”
Before he whacks Centeotl, the Teacher god shocks him with a lightning laser blast thing
Ares is left crispy
GOD TEACHER
”Stop getting into trouble, Ares, I'm on break too”
And the rest is well ... I had forgotten to change and add the newest updated part right after that so ....
I'll have to do that first thing tomorrow.
Plan for the rest of the day:
- start doing some style practise by drawing different expressions and maybe some poses.
- and later save some energy for tomorrow set of work
