Project Deity Academy Blog #45

This is my 19th blog post about Deity Academy, my first ever group project. Today (April 28th 2015)
is the first day back for Term 2 and I am still working on Shot 04 in scene 02, where cenreotl is reaching is hand out towards the door. This is what I have worked on the scene so far ... 

It's not much but  this was what I have been working on for today.  I had some trouble in doing the second and third drawing (from top to bottom). It took awhile to get it on model.  Other than that I was told to hand in Scene 05 shot 01 but I accidentally lost the whole shot so I had to redraw it again. I won't be  Working on it until I have finished this shot, of course.

Project Deity Academy Blog #44

This is my 18th blog post about Deity Academy, my first ever group project. Today (April 23rd 2015) I have started on my 4th shot in scene 02, where cenreotl is reaching is hand out towards the door and this is what i did 

until my director told me this was not the way he want his hand to move and decide to give me a lecture (in person next week) on how to animate him. Looks like I have to work on another shot instead for now. Other than that this was what I had worked on for today.

Project Deity Academy Blog #43

This is my 17th blog post about Deity Academy, my first ever group project. Today (April 20th 2015) I have started on my next scene that the producer told me to do. It is the scene where Centeotl stands in front of the classroom door and with my director permission we had deicded to put some blinking in it.

Firstly I was told to do this key

where I had to "re-draw" it a lot of times until 

Bryn likes it

 And the I used this "crappy" reference (what Bryn calls it)

to help me with his eye blinks and this was

what I did

So basically this was what I worked on for today.

This is my 16th blog post not about Deity Academy, my first ever group project. Today I have managed to finish my resit of my storyboard which is just relabelling stuff.

Project Deity Academy Blog #41

This is my 15th blog post about Deity Academy, my first ever group project.Today (April 17th 2015) I have started working on my first animation scene and this was what I am and still working on

It's not much but this time the bell (god teacher as the bell) is vibrating with the circle thing hitting it.
I didn't do much after that. So this afternoon I'll be working on personal projects before doing more school tomorrow (April 18th 2015) to which it includes:

1. Redo my storyboard of my pitch film

having it all labled correctly with camera type, duration

and shot munbers

2. start working on the keys and breaks for 

my group project scenes

Project Deity Academy Blog #40 - Double posts #02

This is my 14th blog post about Deity Academy, my first ever group project.Today (April 16th 2015) I have started working on my first animation scene and this was what I am and still working on

Other than that I was in charge in getting the voice actors and voice actress to sign the talent release form to which I have been buzzing around like a bee getting that done. Today we (director and I) was able to do some voice acting recordings of the voice actor (named Jono) as Ares, and this is the finalised model sheet of Ares (drawn and finalised by Leigh and Bryn)

 And yesterday (April 15th 2015) we had a callback for Anubis to whom Jesse (3rd year 3D DDM) and Liam (3rd year 3D DDM) both did their recordings. Jesse was the one who was chosen as the voice actor for Anubis and this is the finalised model sheet of him (drawn and finalised by Bryn)

Project Deity Academy Blog #39 - Double posts

This is my 13th blog post about Deity Academy, my first ever group project.Yesterday (April 15th 2015) I have completed another layout for scene 04 shot 02 which is a new scene that i started to work on Tuesday and managed to finish it just yesterday. This is some screenshots to the layout scene 

It seems that this time the images are in order. Also on the same day I have been working on some backgrounds as well with some help from the director himself. They are rough including the line art version of it as well.
