Project Deity Academy Blog #57

This is my 31st blog post about Deity Academy, my first ever group project. Yesterday (May 15th  2015) I continued doing some inbetweens of Shot 01 of scene 04, where Centeotl is clicking his pen annoying Ares and so far I did the inbetweens of these keys ...

And today (May 16th 2015) I did more inbetweens of the same shot but not much ...

Hopefully I can at least finish this shot by the end of this week. If not I need to get it done soon within next week.
 

And this is what I have been working on for today.

Project Deity Academy Blog #56

This is my 30th blog post about Deity Academy, my first ever group project. Today (May 15th  2015)
I continued on doing some clean-up as well where a scared Centeotl pops up into view about to cry with a shadow of ares looking over him and so far this is what I had done ...

The eyes was what I have been cleaning up and I have did about only half of the clean up until Bryn tells me to stop working on it and continue with my other shot that I was working on.

Project Deity Academy Blog #55

This is my 29th blog post about Deity Academy, my first ever group project. Today (May 14th  2015)
I continued on doing some clean-up as well where a scared Centeotl pops up into view about to cry with a shadow of ares looking over him and so far this is what I had done ...

I have trouble in cleaning up Centeotl fingers. It's all because of the thickness of the lines on his fingers that I was frustrated with it. It took me almost half a day just to get this key right.
Other than that I will work on the clean up for the eyes in this shot tomorrow and so far it is "almost" done.

And this is what I have been working on for today.

Project Deity Academy Blog #54

This is my 28th blog post about Deity Academy, my first ever group project. Today (May 13th  2015) I did more work on Shot 01 of scene 04, where Centeotl is clicking his pen annoying Ares, where I did some key drawings of Centeotl whisper-talk to Ares saying "Shh ~ I'd love to chat buddy, but this is a test." And so far this is what I have done ...

I had some trouble with one of this key where I had drawn Centeotl hand like a rubber hose ...

and my director told me to redo it and in the end this is what it had become ...

Currently Bryn is also working on the timing chart of this shot so I can do some more inbetweening soon this week.
Today I had also started on doing some clean-up as well where a scared Centeotl pops up into view about to cry with a shadow of ares looking over him and so far that's in progress. I will be able to show off work of that later tomorrow or so.

Project Deity Academy Blog #53

This is my 27th blog post about Deity Academy, my first ever group project. Today (May 12th  2015) I didn't do more work on Shot 01 of scene 04, where Centeotl is clicking his pen annoying Ares because Bryn (my director) has given me another shot to do as I wait for Leigh (Head producer) to finish her bit in the shot. Today I have been working on Shot 11 of scene 05. where Ares is breathing heavily with Anubis and Nezha looking scared back at him, in this snapshot below...

I was told to do the inbetweens for this shot from using these key drawings below...

I was told to work on Ares only because Nezha and Anubis has already been keyed and inbwteened by Bryn himself.

And this is what I have been working on for today.

Project Deity Academy Blog #52 - Backlog #01

This is my 26th blog post about Deity Academy, my first ever group project. Yesterday (May 11th  2015) I am still working on Shot 01 of scene 04, where Centeotl is clicking his pen annoying Ares, who was about to snap at him until centeotl summons a corn to shut him up and says his dialogue piece and then goes back to clicking his pen.This is the scene where Centeotl and Ares is having a little examination after their world creation lesson. And so far yesterday the animation of Centeotl clickng his pen is done. This is what I have done for that bit ...

As you can see there is also some blinking animation added to centeotl as well.
I also did some of summon animation of Centeotl summoning his corn which is now complete but without the corn ...

Next bit is Centeotl turn to look at Ares and say his dialogue...

And then after that I didn't do more on the scene because ...

Project Deity Academy Blog #51

This is my 25th blog post about Deity Academy, my first ever group project. Yesterday (May 8th  2015) I have been working on Shot 01 of scene 04, where Centeotl is clicking his pen annoying Ares, who was about to snap at him until centeotl summons a corn to shut him up and says his dialogue piece and then goes back to clicking his pen.This is the scene where Centeotl and Ares is having a little examination after their world creation lesson. And so far yesterday I had worked on some frames of Centeotl clicking his pen but didn't do much on it.
Today (May 9th 2015) I am still working on Shot 01 of scene 04 and so far this is what I have done ...

As you can see the animation of Centeotl's hand of clicking his pen is done.
I also did some of summon animation of Centeotl summoning his corn, and this is what I have done ...

 And so far I am forcusing on animating centeotl in this scene, because for Ares, Leigh is forcusing on his bit and we're both working on this together.
